General Educational Development
- A High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) is a credential that demonstrates the recipient has achieved the equivalent academic skills and knowledge of a traditional high school graduate.
- There are alternative paths to attain a diploma. The GED (General Educational Development) program prepares you to pass the GED standardized test. The GED test consists of four key areas: Mathematical Reasoning, Reasoning through Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science.
- This diploma is recognized by employers, colleges, and other institutions as a valid substitute for a high school diploma.
