Digital Literacy Program

Miami Dade College is offering 9-hour program to help residents of Miami-Dade County learn how to use computers and safely navigate the internet. The training is provided at no cost to participants and is an opportunity to help our community overcome barriers and bridge the digital divide.

In this course, you'll learn computer basics and how to connect with social media, visit and navigate websites, manage emails, and use Microsoft Office.

By course completion, students will be able to customize computer settings, access apps and programs, grasp key social media concepts, proficiently surf the web via diverse browsers and search engines, handle email communications, and efficiently create and manage documents.

This course is designed to make technology more accessible.
