Program Overview

This class is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills of the practical aspects of the professional field of property management including board relations, effective communication, management, human resources, finance, marketing, leasing, and the sales process.

This course also prepares students to take the State of Florida CAM Exam to become a licensed Community Association Manager.
