This course is designed to enable early childhood managers to enhance their leadership skills by designing and implementing early childhood education programs. Areas of study include organizational leadership, program management, and financial and legal matters. This course meets the administrative requirements to obtain the basic level of the Director's Credential for the Department of Children and Families.
