Course Description

This course fulfills part of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s educational requirement to become a Real Estate agent. Once completed, the course is valid for two (2) years from the date of completion. The course is designed to prepare students for the State of Florida Real Estate exam. The course covers the sections of the exam followed by a comprehensive 14-hour review of the various parts of the State of Florida State exam.

Notes

The course textbook, Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices and Law, is included.

Students must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
