Course Description

This course is designed to prepare students for the State of Florida Real Estate exam. Students become familiar with the various parts of the exam and thoroughly review the content it covers. Completion of the course fulfills part of the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) educational requirement to become a real estate agent in the State of Florida. Upon completion, this course is valid for two (2) years from the date of completion.

Prerequisites

Students must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

A full refund (100% of tuition) is granted if a class is dropped or request is submitted by email on or before the drop deadline (the day before the class starts). Requests made after the deadline require a written appeal to the department and are not guaranteed. This policy applies to all courses offered by the School of Continuing Education and Professional Development.
