Course Description

This course meets the State of Florida’s Department of Financial Services’ (FLDFS) 40-hour educational prerequisite in Title Insurance for individuals pursuing licensure as a 4-10 Resident Title Insurance Agent. For more information about the requirements and necessary steps to take, in order to obtain a 4-10 Resident Title Insurance Agent License, please refer to the Florida Statutes 626.841 and the State of Florida's Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services.
