Course Description

Adult students will continue to improve on the strokes they learned in Level 1. Participants will improve their coordination of arms and legs for front crawl, breast stroke, butterfly, back crawl and backstroke. Glides, breathing control and underwater swimming will be practiced, as well.

Prerequisites

You must fill out your swim packet and return it to Office 1125 before the first day of class.
