Course Description

Prepárese para ejercer las funciones de notario móvil o signing agent. Usualmente las instituciones de préstamo requieren de los servicios de un notario móvil o signing agent para efectuar cierres de hipotecas. Para tomar este curso se requiere ser notario público.

Aclaración: los signing agents son distintos a los title agents.

Refund Policy:
A full refund (100% of tuition) will be issued provided that the course is officially cancelled or a written drop with refund request is submitted via email on or before the established drop deadline (one day prior to the course start date). Requests submitted after this deadline require a written appeal to the department and are not guaranteed. This policy applies to all courses offered by the School of Continuing Education and Professional Development.
