Learner Outcomes

Throughout the course, you will learn the following objectives:

  • Understand the relevance of Data Science projects in support of the digital transformation of business across multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with the Data science cross-disciplinary skillset found at the intersection of statistics, computer programming and domain expertise
  • Familiarity with the following roles of a Data Science team: a. Data Scientist b. Data Engineer c. Data Analyst d. AI Developer
  • Experience accessing Data Science collaboration platforms in the cloud, including IBM Watson Studio and Data Refinery.
  • Experience with data ingestion and manipulation using a CSV dataset.
