Course Description

This 30 hour course has been designed to provide provide knowledge and assist in developing their skills in supervision and human resource management. Human resource management will include the areas of Talent Acquisition, The Employee Experience (including engagement), Total Rewards, Employee Development, and Employee Relations. The supervision section will focus on successful strategies to lead a team.

Course Outline

Course focusing on teambuilding, supervision skills, and human resource management. Through lecture, discussion, case studies, and group exercises participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills in supervision and human resources. Topics will include Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Total Rewards, Human Resources Laws, Managing and Enhancing Performance, Coaching, Setting Up Your Team to Get Results, Dealing with Change, as well as other issues pertaining to quality supervision and human resources practices.
