Course Description

This 16-hour course fulfills the Prelicensure Education Requirements for Community Association Managers set forth by the State of Florida Administrative Code and Florida Administrative Register. After completing this course, students are prepared to take the Community Association Managers (CAM) state examination in an effort to obtain a license to manage condominiums, homeowner’s associations, mobile homes, and co-operatives.
