Course Description

This course introduces young decorators (or beginners of any age) to the core skills of cake decorating using the Wilton Method. Each session guides campers through essential techniques, from preparing and crumb-coating cakes to mastering piping skills, simple floral design, and decoration layouts. By the end of the week, participants will create and take-home decorated cakes and cupcakes while gaining confidence with piping bags, tips, color blending, and creative finishing touches.
