The Sound Baths for Relax: Breathing and Mindfulness Exercises class is an 8-week program designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional balance using sound healing, breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditation. Each 90-minute session includes a sound bath using various instruments to promote relaxation, a breathing exercise to calm the mind and body, and a mindfulness exercise to cultivate present-moment awareness. Participants will learn practical tools to manage stress and promote overall well-being, leaving each session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and centered.
