Course Description

This course is designed to expand students’ knowledge and skills in Bookkeeping. It is intended for individuals who work or wish to pursue a career in a position requiring the maintenance of accounting records and the regular recording of financial transactions. The course covers the basics of Bookkeeping, including debits and credits, journals, ledgers and processes involving adjustments to financial data. Essential financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and trial balance are introduced to demonstrate how financial records are created.

Successful completion of Bookkeeping 1 is required.
