Course Description

Traditional Japanese karate with a long history of tradition, respect and discipline. Classes will include traditional Karate exercises and updated training techniques. Students will participate in warm-up exercises, introduction of katas and will practice the techniques learned. Students can gain flexibility, coordination, posture and stamina. Dress: Sweat pant and shirt allowing freedom of movement. Instructor will advise students on the first day of class of dress requirements.
