Course Description

This course prepares students to effectively plan, implement, coordinate and manage small to medium size information technology-related projects. The concepts and tools covered in this course offers practical knowledge on managing project scope, planning and scheduling, risk assessment, and identification of project resources.

This course also prepares students for the CompTIA Project+ examination, an industry standard IT certification.
