Course Description

This 16-hour course fulfills the Prelicensure Education Requirements for Community Association Managers set forth by the State of Florida Administrative Code & Florida Administrative Register. After completing this course, students are prepared to take the Community Association Managers (CAM) state examination in an effort to obtain a license to manage condominiums, homeowner’s associations, mobile homes, and co-operatives.
