Course Description

Level 1 helps participants feel comfortable in the water. Students will learn to enter and exit water independently, fully submerge their face, exhale underwater, bobbing, opening their eyes underwater and pick up submerged objects.In addition, students will learn how to float, glide and roll from their  front to their back. Basic water safety topics will be covered. 

Prerequisites

You must fill out your swim packet and return it to Office 1125 before the first day of class.
