A full refund (100% of tuition) is granted if a class is dropped or a request is submitted by email on or before the drop deadline (the day before the class starts). Requests made after the deadline require a written appeal to the department and are not guaranteed to be granted. This policy applies to all courses offered by the School of Continuing Education and Professional Development.
