Learner Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to demonstrate the following competencies: Understand the human component in human resources; and how it affects the function; Demonstrate the ability to make difficult human resource decisions by asking the right questions; Understand the aspects of the legal aspects of human resources management. Demonstrate how to apply aspects of recruiting, selecting, training, developing and appraising employees; Develop strategies to provide a more effective environment of motivation and enhance performance in an organization.
