This hands-on course introduces participants to the art of artisan bread making, guiding them through every step from basic to specialty loaves. Over six sessions, students will explore essential techniques in fermentation, kneading, shaping, and baking while exploring a range of breadsfrom rustic white and whole grain to enriched and international varieties like baguettes, challah, and focaccia. Combining theory and practice, the course equips learners with the skills and confidence to craft, decorate, and present professional-quality breads at home or in a bakery setting.
