Course Description

This course is intended for employers and staff seeking to build neurodiversity-friendly organizations or places of work. Participants learn about the value neurodiverse individuals add to work teams, how to provide employee-centered accommodations, and how to adopt inclusive organizational processes and procedures.

 

At the conclusion of this course, you will be able to:

• Define neurodiversity and its variations

• Discuss the strengths and benefits of building neurodiverse work teams

• Identify challenges and barriers neurodiverse people face at work

• Formulate steps toward adopting neurodiverse-friendly workplace processes and procedures
