Course Description

This course will teach students how a computer operates and what each component inside a PC does in the grand scheme of things. Participants will be able to identify, configure and install a computer and perform upgrades with confidence. Students will also examine expansion boards, storage systems, and peripheral devices. The class will also cover scenarios involving troubleshooting and interacting with customers This course prepares participants for the Essentials (220-1001) & Practical Application (220-1002).
