Course Description

This class is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills of the practical aspects of the professional field of property management including board relations, effective communication, management, human resources, finance, marketing, leasing, and the sales process. It also prepares students to take the State of Florida CAM Exam to become a Property Manager.

Complete 16 hours of Community Association Manager License Exam Preparation (CAM-PRE33). Fulfills the requirements to take the State of Florida exam and obtain a license to manage homeowner associations, condominiums, motor homes, and cooperatives according to Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Rule: 61E14-1.001.
