0963 - Introduction to Health Care Careers Camp (Ages 13 to 16) (Medical Campus)

Course Description

Our Introduction to Health Care Careers Camp is designed for students ages 13-16 who are interested in learning about the different health care careers available at the Miami Dade College Medical Campus. In this one-week camp, students will explore different careers while participating in hands-on activities. Students will participate in our state-of-the-art simulation lab, Students will receive an American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Saver certificate in the process and learn how to take vital signs. In addition, students will participate in some healthy activities, such as yoga, Zumba, belly dance, and more.
